-Why do I need to register?
Generally, you may browse our website without providing any personal information. However, we will ask you to provide personal information when you want to place an order with us. This could include: your name, gender, address, telephone number, birth date, and e-mail address. Some of them are mandatory information. Please make sure you enter correct information since this will direct us to process your order. In some cases, if you choose not to provide us with the requested information, you may not be able to access this entire website or participate in all of its features.
-How do I place an order?
Please register with us first by providing the required information, and then you can place your order.
-How long does it take to have my order processed?
Depends on the availability of the merchandise, it usually takes 2 to 7 days to have your order processed. Please see our Shipping and Handling information for details.
-How to make a return?
Please send an email to contact@bonwear.com to request a RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) number first. Please also note the reason for return and whether you want to exchange the items or receive a credit/refund. You will receive an official RMA number with return instructions via email.
-How long does it take to get my exchange or refund?
It might take 10-14 days to process the request and up to 30 days to receive an exchange or refund. Please see our Exchange or Return information for details.
-What forms of payment are accepted online?
Currently we use Paypal for our online transaction. You will be redirected to Paypal page to make a payment. If you have an existing Paypal account, please log in to your account to finish transition. If you don’t, just click on “Don’t have a Paypal account? Use your credit card or bank account.” on Paypal’s payment page, you will be directed to pay with credit card or bank account accordingly.
-How do I track the status of my order?
Please click Register/Sign In and sign in your account. Once you are signed in, choose “View Previous Orders” button; find your order number then select its “Order Details”. On the bottom left, there will be “Payment Status” and “Order Status” information for you to track.
-What if I forgot my password?

-What if I want my order to be sent by express mail?
We offer two FLAT RATE express mail methods besides the standard shipping:
  For U.S. addresses: UPS 2ND Day Air at $12.99; and UPS Next Day Air at $19.99.
  For Canada addresses: UPS Worldwide Express (2 days) at $25.99.
You can choose one method when checking out.

General Information:
Shipping and Handling
Bonwear charges only $4.99 for shipping and handling! This is a flat rate shipping fee and only applies to U.S. addresses.
  • We do not ship to P.O.Box address.
  • Shipping: We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service to send out merchandises. In normal condition, it takes about 5-7 days to have the merchandise delivered. We can also provide express shipping upon customers’ request.
  • Handling: If the merchandise you placed is in stock, your order will be sent out within 2 business days. If the availability of the merchandise you want to order says “Typically ships within 7-10 days”, it is an out-of-stock product, we will try to send out the product to you as soon as possible.
  • International Shipping: We currently only ship to Canada addresses with a flat rate standard shipping fee at $9.99. We are not able to ship to other countries or U.S. territory for the time being. Canadian customer should be aware that there could be potential taxes, custom clearance fees charged by Canada custom, Bonwear will not be responsible for any fees occurred after the merchandise being shipped.

Return and Exchanges

  • Please be aware that since our genuine leather handbags are made of full-grain or top-grain leather, there could be color variations, natural marks and imperfections on the bag (which in a way proves they are made with real leather!). Also, the true color of the handbag might be distorted by light, camera settings when the pictures were taken. Therefore, we could not guarantee the actual bag matches with the sample picture 100%.
  • Please check your merchandise as soon as you received your order and inform us if there is any manufacture related defects or quality problem. Within seven days upon receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will accept your return of UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED item in its ORIGINAL condition as when it was delivered to you. We will process the exchange or refund after we inspect the merchandise.
  • Please allow 10-14 days after we received your return to have your request processed, it might take up to 30 days to receive an exchange or refund. All the costs incurred after we delivered your merchandise will be on buyer’s responsibility; this includes the return shipping cost, exchange merchandize shipping cost etc.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel any order as long as the order status is “in process”. If the order status is “shipped”, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please send an email to contact@bonwear.com with your name, order number and item SKU number, you will get an email confirmation for the cancelled order.
Your Online Account
Having an online account with us will make your shopping most convenient at Bonwear. Once registered, you can view your web order status, redeem coupon or credits, or get member specials that non-registered customers won’t have.

All credit card transactions are transmitted through Paypal that provides secure and professional payment service. Personal information provided on our web site is handled with high standards of information security.
